Mike has an expansive and diversified executive background with boards of directors, services, and industry. His professional expertise improves companies and increases profitability by enhancing operational systems, refining culture of engagement development, and instilling communication and decision-making skill sets. He develops executives and management at all levels on personal and technical skill sets relevant to their current and potential roles.

Mike’s expertise extends from enhancing team-member skills in sales and marketing and supply chain/operations to strategic planning, project management, communications skills development, and advanced planning methods for Boards and executives.

Assisting clients is approached from two perspectives—his personal experience and his academic background. Mike’s personal experience started with first line supervision with PepsiCo to plant manager roles in the food manufacturing industry, with subsequent positions at the executive level running divisions for Vienna Beef of Chicago, Sara Lee, ConAgra-Hebrew National, and Sigma Alimentos. His academic background draws on his MBA, and his doctorate in organizational performance and psychology from the University of Southern California.

Serving on and chairing numerous local, regional, and national boards of directors for charities and community activities ranging from the Red Cross to Veteran Support organizations, Mike is also a former Army Infantry officer, pilot, author, speaker, and part-time amateur musician. He and his wife are recent Chicago transplants to the Nashville area and he is available nation-wide.
