Roger has been working in the technology industry for 40 years and has extensive experience in hardware and software engineering, as well as executive management.

Prior to founding Blue Wave Consulting, Roger was Chairman, President and CEO of Vante Medical Technologies Inc, a developer of high precision technology for the medical device manufacturing industry as well as the whole blood collection industry. As CEO, he was able to lead the development of a portfolio of innovative solutions and achieve a lucrative exit for all shareholders. Before Vante, Roger had a 20 year career with IBM where his last position was Vice President and General Manager of the IBM Tucson Development Laboratory. Roger was also a member of the IBM Senior Leadership Team, comprised of the top 300 executives in the corporation. During his IBM career, Roger held positions in I/T hardware and software development, manufacturing, and customer support with world-wide responsibility.

In addition to providing management consulting services, Roger loves to develop software and has created a number of server and mobile apps for his clients. His business background enables him to better understand the client’s business needs as well as their technical needs, and provide a solution that fits both.

Roger grew up in East Brunswick, New Jersey, and graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. Roger and his wife Linda have 2 adult children and now live in Southern California where they enjoy the beach and the sunshine.
